          This residence is like the Blondeel and Griffith Residences that came before, but it is larger and, instead of stucco, it is brick up to the second floor sills. The building permit is dated April 28, 1916.
          Right next door to the south of this house is an excellent Prairie School home designed by Architect, Harry Robinson.
