Colorado Town Development - ca. 1915
1. City Hall building
2. Post Office
3. School building
4. Hotel

Ruth Van Bergen recalled these projects to be around 1915, before she met her husband.
According to Nancy V.B. Brigham, these buildings were commissioned by a wealthy woman in this town.  The project went bankrupt and only the four buildings were built.
As late as the mid 1970s Nancy, her son and her mother, Ruth (Mrs. Van Bergen) visited the city on their way to Chicago from California.  We have not been able to re-locate the project at this time.
