Dear Sir:- We have sent you night letter by North American, collect, which this memorandum should confirm.

    Letter mailed today with our offer must be assured that you are leaving with employers consent or under circumstances that make it possible to tender offer without such action being an injury to him we can post pone beginning of possible term with us if such arrangement will assist him.

    Our letter was mailed an hour ago but we thought it better to act on your suggestion and send you a message.
