Dear Sir:-

We agree to furnish the art glass for your new residence, as shown on plans, and according to designs as indicated by phone conversation, at cost of material and labor; the work to be done as rapidly as possible, consistent with good workmanship. It is agreed that the cost shall not exceed five hundred ($500.00) dollars, and as much less as cost will permit.
